Our Safety Response

What do we expect of our clients?
  • Prebook your appointments. We are still not accepting walk-ins.
  • Cancel your appointment if you experience any COVID-19 symptoms during the 4 days prior to your appointment.
  • MASKS: We believe masks are a personal choice at this time. While there is no mandate in the city of Jenks, we do strongly encourage mask wearing in the salon since our professionals are unable to keep distance from clients and still do their jobs. But again, it is personal choice. And we do not tolerate any bullying or negativity regarding masks in our salon. Such behavior could warrant us to cancel your service with no refund.
  • VACCINES: Vaccines are not required. We believe that the COVID-19 Vaccine is a PERSONAL CHOICE for everyone. We will not judge you for your decision. In return, please do not judge our professionals for their decision. We also believe that vaccination status is a private/personal matter. If this makes you uncomfortable, we have masks available. We do not tolerate any bullying or view pushing of any kind, including vaccines.  Such behavior could warrant us to cancel your service with no refund.
  • Check in on VAGARO or Txt your professional when you arrive in the parking lot & wait in your car. Your professional will let you know when it is okay to head up.
  • Do not bring any friends, spouses, or children along to your appointment. The only exception is if a minor is scheduled for a service. Only 1 parent can accompany the child to give instructions.
  • Come to your appointment with clean hair. (washing within 48 hours of your appointment is just fine. If you're coming for a color appointment, please be sure that your hair is dry upon arrival. WE ARE STILL WASHING HAIR during appointments. Having clean hair helps reduce the germs being brought into the salon and cuts down on service time)
  • Your temperature will be taken upon arrival. Anything over 99.5  will require us to reschedule your appointment after a 7 day waiting period.
  • You must wash your hands upon arrival. There is hand sanitizer at all stations and on the coffee bar.
What we are doing to protect our staff and guests:
  • Temperature checks before opening. Temps above 99.5 degrees will not be allowed.
  • Staff with COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed to work until symptom free for 48 hrs.
  • Staff that test positive for COVID-19 will not return to work for 1o days and must be symptom free.
  • Masks are optional for staff. If you prefer your professional to wear a mask during your appointment, please let them know ahead of Time.
  • All our tools, chairs, beds, bowls, door handles, etc. will be sanitized per the State board of Cosmetology, Barbering, and Massage as well as the CDC guidelines.
  • Capes will be used 1 per client
  • A 15 - 30 minute gap in between clients will be used for cleaning and sanitation.
  • Clients will be texted when they can come up to ensure we have the time for proper sanitation and to keep the occupancy number down.
  • At the end of every day, we will run a treatment cycle from our ozone machine. This will kill any possible germs or viruses on surfaces and in the air.
